VME-PROD row roles
Folder starts a peer chapter. A chapter without any Functional rows supplies file-wide context. Information and Non-functional rows supply general context; named Pre Condition and Reaction rows are included when referenced. Dependencies can only use earlier rows. Signals contain _s_; parameters/constants contain _p_ or _c_. Source-defined names retain their defining rows and dependency chain.
Functional candidate status and relevance filters do not change chapter scope. The original workbook is retained; imported working text removes missing InterWiki messages and missing-table placeholders.
